NED Course is a joint venture between cibsys ltd. and Basecamp Ventures ltd. All administration and invoicing is handled by cibsys ltd., and any inquiries related to course registration should be made to cibsys ltd. The process for joining the course requires delegates to submit the registration form (found on the nedcourse.co.uk website). This form will be automatically forwarded to email@example.com. Within 48 hours, cibsys will forward an invoice for the payment amount of £540 (£450 +VAT). The payment is due within 30 days after the invoice is received but must be received prior to the course starting if less than 30 days. Once the payment is received, cibsys ltd. provides a payment confirmation email, typically accompanied by the optional pre-course questionnaire. Although the pre-questionnaire is optional, completion and return is recommended so we can ensure our course is relevant to any specific issues or interests of the participants. Joining instructions (e.g. venue) are typically distributed to delegates 2 weeks prior to course date, we endevour to book the advertised venue but reserve the right to use alternative equivalent venues should our chosen location not be available. In the unlikely event of course cancellation by course organisers, candidates will be offered an alternative course date as the first option and full refund of the fees if the alternative date is not accepted by the prospective delegates. In the event of cancellation by a prospective delegate, the fees paid to participate in the course will be refunded if the cancellation request is received within 14 days after the confirmation of payment (the confirmation email sent by cibsys ltd.). No refunds will be given after the grace period of 14 days or in cases where the booking is made less than 14 days prior to the course date. However, in the event that the participant cannot attend, an alternative date will be offered.
